Returning an item if you have changed your mind

When you change your mind: items that can be re-sold

If you order an item that we have in stock, you can return it for any reason within 30 days, as long as the item is unused and can be re-sold as new. This means that any labels or stickers should be attached and the watch should not have been worn. 

When you change your mind: custom-made items

If we have custom made an item for you that can not then be re-sold, we may not be able to accept a return. If you request a custom made product we will make sure we clarify the returns process with you before accepting your payment and building your item.

How do I return an item?

Email [email protected] within 30 days to let us know that you wish to return the item, and we'll reply with the address and other details.

When shipping the item, please make sure that you pick a shipping method that requires us to sign for the returned item/s and we *strongly* suggest that you also insure the package in case it goes missing in transit. Until we confirm we have received the returned package it is your responsibility.

Please include your name and order number in the box so we credit the return to the correct person!

Once we have received the return we will check the condition and then refund your payment to the card or account you originally paid with. This can take up to 14 days from receipt of the return.

My item shows signs of wear but I still want to return it

If you have worn or adjusted your item but still wish to return it within the 30 days, we may be able to do this subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Please email [email protected] with details of the condition of the item and we'll let you know if we can accept it.

Please note that the condition of the item will be assessed when we receive it and if the condition does not match the one you gave via email, we may adjust the restocking fee or reject the return. This is not a trick, we will be as fair and reasonable. If you're honest with your description, there will be no argument or problem.
