Our refund policy is quite simple:
- If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund
- If your order has shipped, you can return it for a full refund as long as you do not remove the stickers, wear, or adjust the watch in any way. This formally applies for 30 days from the date of shipping, but if you’re a few days out we’re not going to argue over it. Just make sure you keep it ”as new”. Note: There are a few exceptions to this refund policy, please see below
- If your watch is worn, we may be able to refund it. This is dependent on the condition of the watch. There will be a re-stocking fee for this as we will not be able to sell it as new again, meaning it will be re-sold at a discount as second hand stock.
Exceptions to this policy
We do not offer refunds on custom orders. This includes things such as custom builds (you’ve asked for a non-standard combination or configuragtion) or personalised items (watches that have been engraved for you, for example)
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange it with you. Please don’t ask for support via social media, they tend to get missed. Email is the only way to officially get support on our products.
