Returning an item in warranty

If you item is within warranty and has a problem that is covered, please email [email protected] and we will arrange to get it repaired or replaced, as we find appropriate. 

We have contracts with service partners around the world.

Details for returning an item within the UK/EU 

If you’re in the UK/EU please return the watch directly to our repair centre, details below.

Note: Please do not send an item without first confirming with [email protected] that it's the best course of action.

Instructions: Send the watch only, well wrapped and without any of the original boxes or containers that came with the watch. Also include a note containing your return shipping address, name, contact email address and a description of the problem(s) you're experiencing with your watch.

Please make sure that you pick a shipping method that requires us to sign for the returned item/s and we *strongly* suggest that you also insure the package in case it goes missing in transit. Until we confirm we have received the returned package it is your responsibility.
